China Magnetic Flow Meter for Sludge / Slurry with 4-20mA RS485Application
The DGS-006 series liquid flow meter or electromagnetic flow meter is designed specifically for the flow measurement of large-wear fluid, such as Sludge / Slurry, coal slurry, paper pulp, coal water pulp, corn pulp, fiber pulp, grain pulp, lime milk and so on. The structural features of the sensor and the special performance of the converter fully meet the requirements of the flow measurement of the plup.
Difficulties in the composition and measurement of Sludge / Slurry
1.The Sludge / Slurry contains a large amount of solid particles and friction electrode, resulting in 'spike pulse interference', which causes great fluctuations in the measurement of the flowmeter..
2.Flow fluctuation caused by the pulsation of the pressure pump (such as the screw pump, diaphragm pump and piston pump);
3.The metal particles in the slurry are magnetized and adsorbed on the electrodes or in the vicinity of the electrodes, causing fluctuations in the display and output of the liquid flow meter;
4.The serious wear of the slurry to the lining and electrode of the electromagnetic flow meter or liquid flow meter is also a difficult point for the designers.
